Meet the Team

Founder & Director

Chik Han LIM

Chik Han brings over 20 years of experience in audit and professional services. He spent a decade at an international accounting firm, where he refined his professional skills and expertise. During this time, he led statutory audits for multiple multinational corporations and publicly listed companies on the Singapore Stock Exchange. His clients span various industries both in Singapore and across different jurisdictions. Additionally, he has overseen teams conducting financial due diligence reviews related to various merger and acquisition transactions.

Chik Han is a graduate of ACCA, a Practising Member and Fellow Chartered Accountant with ISCA. He is also an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant and a registered Public Accountant with ACRA.

Director

Lee Thin LAU

Lee Thin has over 15 years of experience in the audit and accounting field. She is specialise in providing high-quality audit and accounting services that not only ensure compliance but also deliver valuable insights into financial performance and operational efficiencies. Throughout her career with international accounting firms, she worked with organisations across various industries, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments, assess internal controls, and identify key risks. She takes great pride in building strong, trusted relationships with her clients, offering tailored solutions, and working collaboratively to address their unique business needs.

Lee Thin is graduated from Nanyang Business School with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. She is a member of ISCA and a Chartered Accountant Singapore.
